For very large projects that are expected to generate over 200 students, we recommend that the application have a pre-application conference with the School District. This may be done in conjunction with the local government preapplication meeting.

  • 1) Developer School Planning and Capacity Application

  • 2) Location sketch, property survey or preliminary site plan that shows the proposed uses

  • 3) If applicable, please complete the Application for Exemption: School Impact Fees for Age Restricted Housing for Housing Older Persons (required for age-restricted communities that are exempt from concurrency and impact fees).

  • 4) If the project is anticipated to be phased, please describe and graphic showing phasing schedule, consisting of a Phasing Plan showing the number and type of units to receive certificate of occupancy by phase.
