PROD - Impact Fee Refund Request

This request is for refund of Educational Impact fees pursuant to the Educational Facilities Impact Fee ordinance, St. Lucie County Ordinance 92-09.

Please review and dowload the list of required documents below. You will need to download and fill out these documents prior to submitting the request form. You will be asked to upload all the documents, so please be sure to have all of them completed ahead of time.

  • 2) Copies of Building Permits for affected units

  • 3) Copies of invoices for Educational Impact Fees **FOR EACH PERMIT AFFECTED**

  • 4) Copy of cancellation of permit(s) or other applicable data to support the refund

  • 5) W-9 for Individual/Company requesting the refund
