Welcome to the Teacher Leader Academy Application. We are excited that you are considering joining our dynamic Teacher Leader Academy in St. Lucie Public Schools. This three-year academy is designed to support, motivate, and empower educators who are eager to grow as instructional leaders and positively impact their schools, students, and community. The application process provides an opportunity for you to reflect on your leadership experiences, professional goals, and vision for the future.

Please complete ALL sections, including your video introduction, reflection questions, and activities. Submit your completed application by April 30, 2026. Late submissions may not be considered. Selected applicants will have a follow-up interview. The Teacher Leader Academy Committee can't wait to meet you!
