Please fill out the registration below in order to sign up for the Spring 2019 FSA and/or NGSSS assessments to be administered beginning April 1 for the FSA ELA Writing Component with FSA ELA Reading, FSA Math, all EOCs, and the Grades 5 & 8 Statewide Science Assessment scheduled for May. You will be assigned to your zoned school for testing. You will need to contact your assigned school for your scheduled date/time and other information. You MUST complete all sessions of each test in order to receive a score. For the Grades 4-10 FSA ELA, you MUST complete the Writing and 2 sessions of Reading in order to receive an ELA score. There are no separate scores for Writing and Reading. You must be on time on your scheduled date. There will be no makeup dates. If you are not present on time at your scheduled time, you will need to wait until the next FSA or NGSSS administration in Spring 2020.You MUST be registered with the St. Lucie School District as an active Home Education student in order to test. The address posted in your records will be the one used to assign you to your zoned school for testing.You will receive information via email as to your assigned school for your testing site. You will then need to contact the school for information regarding your testing date(s) and time(s). The registration deadline for all tests is Thursday, February 28, 2019. No late registrations will be accepted. You will receive your assigned testing site information/confirmation email by March 11, 2019.
Students (or their parents) must have government issued picture ID (driver license, passport, etc.) in order to be admitted to test. If the student does not have this ID, the parent must have government issued picture ID.

Please note that you must follow all the rules for testing, which include the no electronic devices and no leaving campus policies. Students cannot leave before their test session allotted time is complete, even if they have completed the session. In addition, students cannot return to complete a session if they left campus prior to completing a session for any reason, including illness or doctor appointments, etc. No exceptions will be made.
The State has a strict electronic device policy. Students will not be permitted to have any electronic device anywhere within reach during testing. If they are found with any electronic device, whether they use it or not, their test will not be scored. They will be required to place their phones and other electronic devices in their purse or backpack or at a designated collection site during testing, but will not be able to access their purse/backpack, even during breaks, going to the restroom, etc. until they have completed testing.Students are required to practice for any Computer Based Testing PRIOR to testing. All students taking an NGSSS EOC must take an electronic test (ePAT) for Biology, Civics, US History EOCs.All students taking an FSA CBT assessment must take the applicable FSA Practice Test for the FSA CBT assessments, which include the following:
